Application Process

Our approach is to bring out the best in you. At the same time, we want to evaluate your fit with CSC. Our application process is carefully designed to ensure that you’re right for us, as well as giving you the confidence that we’re right for you.

Online Testing

The next stage is to undergo an online test, where you’ll be asked to complete numerical and verbal exams.

Telephone Interview

Here you’ll be asked to participate in a telephone interview in which we’ll talk about you, your skills and the role you’re applying for. It’s a chance for you to quiz us too, in order to gain a clearer idea about the type of company we are. The interview will last for around 45 minutes.

Full Day Assessment

The fun part. The full-day assessment centre, in Aldershot. This is your chance to meet the hiring managers and existing graduates from the business area you’ve applied to. You’ll be asked to give an individual presentation, take part in a group exercise and complete an interview.
