We're looking for graduates of the very highest calibre to drive CSC forward, which means we'll expect a lot from you when you join. In return, the rewards we offer are a clear indication of just how much we value your contribution.
Reward
Graduates start on a package of £30,000 which includes a basic salary of £26,500 – a figure that is reviewed twice a year throughout the duration of the programme.
CSC Flex
Our popular flexible benefits scheme allows you to personalise your rewards package. First, you'll be asked to elect a minimum cover of core benefits, from extended sick pay to personal accident insurance. Beyond that, you can choose a number of attractive options – from boosting your annual leave to 35 days (you'll start out on 23), to saving money with discounted rate retail vouchers, to opting for personal travel insurance.
Graduate Social Activities
CSC’s Graduate Programme is not all about the day-job. As new graduates, you‘ll be keen to get to know each other and enjoy yourselves. Expect plenty of social and sporting activities – including day trips to theme parks, 5-a-side football, evening meals and clubbing. So far, last year’s graduates have hosted socials in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and London, with lots of mini socials taking place every week with people in the same offices/locations.
