Programme Structure

During the programme, you’ll be given your own Personal Development Manager. They’ll be your guide, mentor and staff manager throughout your training – helping you to grow your skills and ensuring that your training is always on course.

You’ll complete a number of development assignments, each designed to build experience and knowledge. These are real roles, delivering real programmes or services to a real client.

To ensure we don’t box you in, and to help you find the work of greatest value, there’s a large degree of flexibility built into your programme. Ultimately, as you move towards your final placement, your career path will become increasingly defined.

Expect to receive progress reports every six months. We’ll look to assess your performance in a number of key areas, based largely on your role and your training and development needs.

The programme offers training that’s specific to your role (such as a PMP in project management and appropriate training for technical roles). There is also a set graduate training programme, which includes graduate development days and the chance to be trained in Foundation, PMP or Six Sigma (Yellow Belt).
